These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by True Glow Cleaning LLC ("True Glow," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at trueglowcleaning.com and our SMS messaging program.
True Glow Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Portland, Oregon area. Service details, scheduling, and pricing are communicated directly between True Glow and each client.
Program Name: True Glow Cleaning Customer Care
Description: When you become a True Glow Cleaning client, you may receive text messages related to your cleaning service. These messages include:
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your cleaning schedule. Clients with recurring service typically receive 2 to 4 messages per cleaning appointment.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-Out: You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from True Glow Cleaning. Opting out of texts does not cancel your cleaning service.

Supported Carriers: Major US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from True Glow Cleaning, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages related to your cleaning service at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
Payment is due upon completion of each cleaning service. Payment links are sent via text message and processed securely through Stripe. True Glow Cleaning does not store your payment card information.
If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
